We provide confidential Executive Coaching that is tailored to meet your individual needs. Our typical coaching client is a company with annual revenues of $1 million or greater, or a municipal leader such as a City Administrator or Mayor. We also provide consulting services for small startups, with a focus on women and minority owned businesses.
Minding My Own Business was founded by a current elected Mayor and former college professor with a Ph.D., who has started several successful small business enterprises. We have learned from experience what leaders need to be successful and to avoid the pitfalls that plague many business owners and municipal leaders.
Our founder Bryan Kennedy holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After years as a college professor, Bryan went on to lead two large nonprofit organizations. He helped them restructure to better meet the needs of their employees, while also improving services and programs. Kennedy then founded several successful businesses.
Since 2015, Bryan has been serving his community as the Mayor of Glendale, Wisconsin, a part-time elected office. He has fostered over $200 million in new business growth in the city. As a business owner, Kennedy saw the need to strengthen the business community further. In 2019, he had the city charter the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and he was the founding Board President for two years. The North Shore Chamber now serves hundreds of businesses in the region and has three employees.
With Minding My Own Business, you will have guidance, mentoring, and coaching from someone who has led large and small organizations, built businesses, and worked to strengthen the local business community.
