Comes with one hour of human support per month. This package is for people like this: “My business is small and simple. I think I know what I’m doing, but would appreciate some guidance to make sure I don’t miss something.”
Comes with three hours of human support per month. This package is for people like this: “I’m smart and can often figure things out, but my business is more complex than just charging people for a service. I may need help understanding lease agreements or how to hire and onboard employees, government regulations, stuff like that.”
Comes with weekly check-in, up to five hours per month of human support. This is for people who have never owned or managed a business and require more support: “I’ve always worked for someone else. This is all new to me. I’m willing to put in the effort and do the work, but I’m going to need ongoing guidance and support.”
